Bent Spoon!


Look what I did, and I'm so pleased that I have. I watched Uri Geller do this many times when I was a child but my mother wouldn't let me try with her spoons! I probably couldn't have done it then anyway because it's all about channelling energy and he didn't explain that when he was doing his tricks. I also wondered if I could have done it with brute strength and so I chose a thick spoon that wouldn't bend for me. Perhaps a stronger person could have done it without running energy but I'm a small woman, with very small hands and only average muscle power, and I promise I couldn't bend it. However, just in case anyone thought that I could, I twisted it too. There is only a 30 second window, and you have to catch it then and do it, but oh what a feeling! I keep looking at it and telling myself, "I did that, and if I can do that I can do anything." Energy is energy, the same energy that did this can heal, something that has been second nature for many years now, but I've never actually been able to demonstrate that energy in such a physical way.

Of course I have to temper this enthusiasm with the knowledge that I was using Universal energy, and merely getting out of the way to allow the energy to pass through me, but this in itself is a valuable lesson. Look what happens when you get yourself out of the way!!

Love, oh Love, oh Perfect Love!

Every now and again information comes your way that gives you a great feeling. This information heard me saying out loud...."there, I knew that this would be common knowledge one day." This is science catching up with what I have 'known' for years. I'm going to include all three bits of research, hoping that all the doubters will now at least have some second thoughts. Here we go..................

Quantum Physics Reveals The Key to Success In Your Life
Evidently you don’t have to be a rocket scientist to understand that scientists are finally admitting that everything is based on consciousness. You as the observer are influencing what you observe. It simply means there is no objective reality - just the opposite of what we were all taught in school.

For the first time in history, science is able to provide the evidence of what mystics and enlightened people have claimed through the ages. “Your thoughts create your reality and what you experience!”

EXPERIMENT #1

The first experiment reported was done by Dr.Vladimir Poponin, a quantum biologist. In this experiment, first a container was emptied (i.e. a vacuum was created within it), and then the only thing left photons (particles of light) they measured the distribution (i.e. the location) of the photons and found they were completely random inside the container. This was the expected result.

Then some DNA was placed inside the container and the distribution (location) of the photons was re-measured. This time the photons were LINED UP in an ORDERED way and aligned with the DNA. In other words the physical DNA had an effect on the non- physical photons.

After that, the DNA was removed from the container, and the distribution of the photons was measured again. The photons REMAINED ORDERED and lined up where the DNA had been. What are the light particles connected to?

We are forced to accept the possibility that some NEW field of energy, a web of energy, is there and the DNA is communicating with the photons through this energy.

EXPERIMENT #2

These were experiments done by the military. Leukocytes (white blood cells) were collected for DNA from donors and placed into chambers so they could measure electrical changes. In this experiment, the donor was placed in one room and subjected to "emotional stimulation" consisting of video clips, which generated different emotions in the donor. The DNA was placed in a different room in the same building. Both the donor and his DNA were monitored and as the donor exhibited emotional peaks or valleys (measured by electrical responses), the DNA exhibited the IDENTICAL RESPONSES AT THE EXACT SAME TIME. There was no lag time, no transmission time. The DNA peaks and valleys EXACTLY MATCHED the peaks and valleys of the donor in time.

The military wanted to see how far away they could separate the donor from his DNA and still get this effect. They stopped testing after they separated the DNA and the donor by 50 miles and STILL had the SAME result. No lag time; no transmission time.

The DNA and the donor had the same identical responses in time. What can this mean? My interpretation is that it means that living cells communicate through a previously un-recognized form of energy. This energy is not affected by time and distance. This is a non- local form of energy, an energy that already exists everywhere, all the time.

EXPERIMENT #3

The third experiment was done by the Institute of Heart Math and the paper that was written about this was titled: Local and Non local Effects of Coherent Heart Frequencies on Conformational Changes of DNA. (Disregard the title! The info is incredible.)

This is the experiment that relates directly to the anthrax situation. In this experiment, some human placenta DNA (the most pristine form of DNA) was placed in a container from which they could measure changes in the DNA. Twenty-eight vials of DNA were given (one each) to 28 trained researchers. Each researcher had been trained how to generate and FEEL feelings, and they each had strong emotions.

What was discovered was that the DNA CHANGED ITS SHAPE according to the feelings of the researchers:
1. When the researchers FELT gratitude, love and appreciation, the DNA responded by RELAXING and the strands unwound. The length of the DNA became longer.

2. When the researchers FELT anger, fear, frustration, or stress, the DNA responded by TIGHTENING UP. It became shorter and SWITCHED OFF many of our DNA codes! If you've ever felt "shut down" by negative emotions, now you know why your body was equally shut down too. The shut down of the DNA codes was reversed and the codes were switched back on again when feelings of love, joy, gratitude and appreciation were felt by the researchers.

This experiment was later followed up by testing HIV positive patients. They discovered that feelings of love, gratitude and appreciation created 300,000 TIMES the RESISTANCE they had without those feelings. So here's the answer to what can help you stay well, no matter what dreadful virus or bacteria may be floating around. Stay in feelings of joy, love, gratitude and appreciation!

These emotional changes went beyond the effects electro- magnetics. Individuals trained in deep love were able to change the shape of their DNA. We are seeing here an illustration of a new recognized form of energy that connects all of creation. This energy appears to be a TIGHTLY WOVEN WEB that connects all matter. Essentially we're able to influence this web of creation through our VIBRATION.

SUMMARY: What do the results of these experiments have to do with our present situation? This is the science behind how we can choose a time line to stay safe, no matter what else is happening. {{{{As Gregg explains in The Isaiah Effect, basically time is not just linear (past, present and future), but it also has depth. The depth of time consists of all the possible prayers and time lines that could ever be prayed or exist. Essentially, all our prayers have already been answered. We just activate the one we're living through our FEELINGS.}}}}

I've left bracketed paragraph in because the author is keen to promote a book by Gregg Braden who is obviously into religious prayer, and this is where I lose sympathy with what is being said.

I had a look at the Book of Isaiah and the Dead Sea Scroll translation, and was horrified at all the negativity that came from the page. If the Essene's actually wrote this down then they were predicting their own demise. This does not describe the 'God' that I know. My 'God' (If I must use that word) is not vindictive, does not require grovelling to so as to fulfil our spiritual needs and certainly doesn't get angry if we don't obey him.

THIS is how we create our reality - by choosing it with our feelings. Our feelings are activating the time line via the web of creation, which connects all of the energy and matter of the Universe.

Remember that the law of the Universe is that we attract what we focus on. If you are focused on fearing whatever may come, you are sending a strong message to the Universe to send you whatever you fear. Instead if you can get yourself into feelings of joy, love, appreciation or gratitude, and focus on bringing more of that into your life, you are going to avoid the negative stuff automatically.

You will be choosing a different TIME LINE with your feelings. You can prevent getting anthrax or any other flu, virus, etc, by staying in these positive feelings, which maintains an incredibly strong immune system. So here's your protection for whatever comes: Find something to be happy about every day, and every hour if possible, moment-to- moment, even if only for a few minutes. This is the easiest and best protection you can have. If nothing else, be joyous that the criminals have "already been caught" by the Universe!

All we have to do now is to learn how to 'Love' everyone and everything. I have started by learning to love myself.

Look Before You Leap

A few days ago a dear friend 'phoned to tell me that their boundary dispute with a multi-national building firm had resulted in them having to pay out some thousands of pounds in court fees. What a shock for them, and of course the question is why? They aren't financially strained, but they aren't rich, and the tone of the letter from the building firm was positively gloating. They are well aware that my friend and her husband don't have access to high powered lawyers, as they do, they are also aware that should my friend fight and lose then they might be in an even worse mess. A nasty situation to be in, and naturally the man of the house is very angry, wants to fight but knows that he can't, he has engineered himself into a situation of powerlessness, and now has bronchitis. The bronchitis is easily understood, he is so angry that he can't breath. He is being stifled by his anger. We know very well that this building firm is to blame, and wants them to go away and think about their actions and to come back in a more conciliatory frame of mind. He knows that they aren't going to do that, so the only thing left to do is send them hateful thoughts, then something nasty might happen to them, and that would serve them right. However, the laws of the Universe don't work like that. Sending out hateful thoughts is like drinking a cup of poison and expecting the other person to drop dead. Somehow, my friend's husband has to 'forgive' these monsters of commerce, send them love and kind thoughts. You might rightly say..."In your dreams", there's no way that is going to happen. And it won't, and he'll continue to be ill, and his work will suffer, and then the family will suffer, but it won't be his fault because this filthy firm did the dirty on him, and now look what's happened. It never rains but that it pours.

Let's look at the reasons why this has happened to them. Either he, my friend or both of them together believed that this firm would play dirty with them. They watched houses being built that would encroach on their view and took a chunk of their garden too. They new that this building was going to take place when they bought the house and signed the contract, therefore their solicitor must have conspired with their thinking when he made a hash of the boundary contract, their vibration drew a fellow believer to them. Birds of a feather flock together.Before undertaking any business, check to find out how you are vibrating, what your thoughts are, and what words you are talking to yourself. Make sure that you have cleared all past writing on your walls that tells you, "All big companies are out to get you." If you're not sure tap on that statement and then Affirm that "All business people are on my side, all is well in my world." Do this before any signing takes place, because if you don't you will find yourself in the same situation as my friend, and what they need to do now sticks in all their throats.

In a mood of quiet contemplation, starting with the Karate Chop point make an 'even though I hate these people for what they've done to me' statement, and do a few rounds of tapping on that. Then move to a place where you are willing to forgive them all for what they have done, and of course you need to forgive yourself, because you 'should have known'. I know that my friend will do this because she knows that forgiving yourself and forgiving everyone is a key to a brighter future. Whether her husband will see the need to do this remains to be seen, and of course his illness will continue to lower his vibrations even further. I await future developments with trepidation.

New to Blogging

I am very new to blogging, and still finding my way around, but I wanted to publicise my web site, because my mission is to turn the world on to EFT or Emotional Freedom Techniques, where everyone can help themselves with anything from a relationship problem to the common cold.
Getting People to Read

I knew that publishing my own web site was a good idea, but then how to get people to read it? This was not going to be so easy.
SEO Know How
Many of my colleagues have web sites that are unlisted in Google because they don't realise that search engine optimisation is important, and so they don't create the links that create the ranking, obviously they aren't getting traffic from people who are just interested in a subject, and I wanted that traffic.

BlogCatalog a Good Start

I looked around for ways to make my blog more interesting and came across several blog listing sites, and without thinking about it (intuition?) I joined them, and they all have good points, but BlogCatalog has surpassed them all.
Favourable Comment

The first time that someone read my blog and actually left a favourable comment was so exciting, it was like I'd made it. My common sense tells me that there is still so much to do, but that first reading was a high point.

I have saved all the messages that I have received about this exercise in linking from BlogCatalog, and intend to visit every site, and perhaps leave a comment if I know anything about the subject, or even if I don't!!

Smart Writing

If, like me, you write articles, you have probably settled into a routine built around other (less important) tasks of the day. Some people write in the early hours of the morning, others late at night.

Whatever timeslot suits you best, just consider for a moment your appearance when you are writing, or waiting for inspiration. Yes, I know it's a strange request but I have a genuine reason for asking. I have discovered that if I sit down with my A4 pad, or at the computer, unwashed and unshaven and still in my pyjamas, I don't get the inspiration I need to write. (This must be the origin of 'Writer's Block').

However, if I do all these things and dress at least casual-smart, I feel different, look different, think different and usually the creative juices begin to flow. If I don't feel inclined to do this, I would use EFT to tap the resistance away.

This is not a coincidence but is all down to thought vibration and intent. Start with the intention of looking smart and the thought vibration will follow. Since you probably already have a degree of discipline in your writing, why not extend this powerful tool. Make a point of thinking smart. Smarten yourself up before sitting down at your desk or computer and your increased vibration will give you greater inspiration. The upward shift in vibration allows the creative juices to flow more freely and more ideas and themes will come to you.

Do try this at home. You'll be amazed

Contract for a Cat

Three days ago, whilst I was concentrating on something important, our cat Felix, started to pace the floor. He has a system whereby he paces one way, then the other and finally jumps up onto the chair to make a further nuisance of himself. Then you have to stop what you're doing and work out what he wants - food or fuss or to go out etc. In the end, he went outside. It was around 11 pm and it dawned on me. It was a full moon. The call of the wild if you like. (This subject is worth a blog on its own)
My point is that I tapped on the situation using the set up: "Even though I am irritated by the cat's performance...and have lost my concentration...", I was inspired to write about the cat and somehow poetry seemed to be the best medium. So, here goes.....

If only the cat would eat his food, instead of sitting there
Staring at me, as if to say "Gimme REAL chicken"
Or at least talk to me about it.
If he would - no promises, mind
We might come to some arrangement.

If only the cat would shut the door behind him
Instead of making the room cold, and me get up and do it.
I daresay he was born in a barn, but
It would make life a lot better if he would learn to do it
Or talk about it.
Then we might come to some arrangement

If only the cat would not jump on the bed
While I'm sleeping.
And stomp about in a trance.
Yes, he could have been a grape treader in a previous life
But it doesn't help - not talking about it.
If only he could.
We might come to some arrangement.

If only the cat would develop his own early warning system
When he's about to throw up over the carpet.
A two-second wail isn't enough for me
To get the front door open in time.
Another five or six seconds and we might just be able
To come to some arrangement.

If only I could simply appreciate his warmth, love and affection
And silky black fur
And the way he licks my toes
And snuggles up for a well-earned cat nap
And the way he runs to meet me when I come home.
I'm not sure, but I have the feeling
Without putting too fine a point on it
That we might just be able to come to some arrangement.

The Cat's Whiskers

Our cat Felix came to us because he had been abused and turned out of the house by a persistent alcoholic. His cries were so pitiful that I picked him up, put him under my arm and carried him home. I told the owner what I had done, and he didn't want him back. So here he was, a tiny black and white bundle, undernourished, riddled with worms and mentally scarred. I hadn't any idea what I could give him to eat, but I did have a tin of pilchards, which he ate within minutes and continued to eat any cat food that came his way, he wasn't fussy.

We gradually sorted his physical problems out, and had him neutered. He didn't grow much, and still remains a small cat, but the vet. wasn't worried about this, and so we continued to give him as much attention as we could until he settled down. We waited with anticipation for him to, 'settle down', he remains an incredibly scared cat. Any loud noise sees him running in terror, and he cowers when a plumber or electrition has to do a job in the house. He's happy with us though, but still demands attention with loud wails and pathetic cries. He has remembered that these noises worked well for him the last time he was in trouble, so he'll carry on making them. Of course, they still work because I feel sorry for him! That and the neighbours might think I'm ill treating him. He has however two very annoying traits. When he's been upset by another cat he sprays around the furniture, making his mark so that any other cat is quite sure that Felix lives here, and they are not welcome, and he's now terribly fussy about his food. We stand in the supermarket and debate what Felix might or might not like to eat this week, and don't seem to get it right very often. He prefers our food, and is so familiar with the word 'chicken' that we can't utter it in his presence or he wails at the 'fridge door. All the cat books tell us that we must ignore the spraying or he will become nervous, well I can't ignore it, and I'm the one that's nervous. Smelling and sniffing to make sure that there isn't a nasty smell.

I had no way of dealing with these problems. Even though the first thing I think of with a human is tapping, surely this wouldn't work with an animal, until I started to read other people's experiences with all sorts of animals on the emofree web site, and decided to try it myself. I had nothing to lose. I tapped three times on the set up point stating that I am Felix and then tapped myself for his nervousness, the change has been wonderful, he hasn't sprayed for ages. I also tap as him when, for no apparent reason, he won't eat the cat food provided. he demurely eats it, and we have peace in the house.

Silent Nights and Sweet Dreams.

There were times when I wanted to be in another house the noise was so bad. Rather like a persistent road drill, only there was no getting away from it, this is life with a snorer. Fortunately I could stay in bed after Richard had gone to work, and so I never got to the sleep deprivation stage, as I know many people do, and because of this our relationship didn't suffer, as I know many people's does. I don't think that Richard ever believed me that the noise was so bad until I recorded it on my little hand held tape recorder, he was astounded and desperate to find a way to stop. He was waking up tired , which we found out later was due to sleep apnea, that much talked about phenomena when a person stops breathing and wakes up in order to start again. It certainly hadn't anything to do with weight gain as Richard is one of those people that literally eats anything and never gains weight. We know his secret now, but we didn't know then, and it used to make me quite angry, as I only had to look at a cake and it went to my hips.( I'll write about the weight secret another time)

I knew from my Louise Hay training that snoring was a symptom of hanging on to the past, and so we started with some EFT tapping sequences and Affirmations that gave us many serene nights and wonderful feelings that we knew how to cure snoring, until the night when the road drill made its come back, we were both shocked. I demanded that he tap whilst half asleep, which bless him, he duly did, and the snoring stopped...for a good hour and a half. I couldn't wake him again as he needed to go to work the next day, and so I lay there and allowed my higher self to teach me about energy healing. That was the night that I learned that 'tapping' can take many forms, and I needed to do it again last night.

We have found that unless the underlying causes are tapped on the annoying symptom may return, and it will return, if for some reason there is a longing to return to the past by the snorer. Tapping needs to be done instantly, as soon as any emotion is realised, and this can be quite difficult while leading a busy life, and very often gets forgotten, because you can't do it in public, so you don't do it at all. So now I tap without tapping. As I am used to 'running energy', as all those people who practice Reiki or Quantum Touch are, then energy is aimed with intent at the tapping points. There isn't a right way to do this, you might choose to see a ball of light, a beam of light, or imagine tapping on the other person or on yourself, It is the intent that works it's magic. I choose to tap as the other person, which is called surrogate tapping, I have learned and practiced this technique with many clients now and it is second nature, but I know beginners have achieved wonderful things, so don't suffer the torture of sleepless nights, learn to tap without tapping and look forward to silent nights and sweet dreams.
